Just up a country lane from the trout beds of the Housatonic River and the east coast’s largest water fall, 111 acre Sugar Hill Farm
has a commanding presence in the beautiful and cultured Litchfield County, Connecticut town of Salisbury. With the town road dead-ending at the entrance to the Farm, a half mile private drive then winds through lush rolling fields leading the way to the principal
residence on the property.

Sitting high on a hill side (the altitude of Sugar Hill Farm is quite possibly the highest in the state of Connecticut), he views from the home – and virtually every other point on the property – can be described as nothing short of breathtaking, with vistas stretching for more than fifty miles in directions east, south and west.

It has been said that the views from Sugar Hill Farm are the finest in Litchfield County.
