The proof of Enrique’s unique methodology is in his extraordinary sales record over (1billion sqft ) his meteoric career is evidenced by over millions in commercial sales over that time, garnering his top salesperson Downtown/Uptown consecutive years running.

By compiling a remarkable history of deals, many of which are record-setting, he has amassed an extraordinary list of clients in the United States and abroad that grow continuously through word of mouth; most recently including national representation of the acclaimed country trio’s upscale family-friendly Rascal Flatts Restaurants, and international transactions on behalf of Thor Equities.

Enrique launched his career after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Business degree as well and is also a graduate of the prestigious Steven L. Newman Real Estate Program at Baruch College Real Estate degree. And Hunter College. Prior to his career in real estate, he was the owner/operator of several menswear retail businesses in Manhattan, helping him develop an understanding of both commercial leasing and high-level customer service.

Known for leaving no stone unturned, he works tirelessly on behalf of every one of his clients, until the best possible result is achieved. Originally from Quito, Ecuador, Enrique has lived on the Upper East Side since 1980 and speaks English, Spanish and conversational Italian. He is a former member of Amalia Hernandez’ Ballet Company, an avid tennis enthusiast, and a competitive marathon runner who has completed the New York City Marathon twelve times, ran the Boston Marathon in under three hours, and completed Hawaii’s Ironman triathlon.
